Walter is a character in Life of Holly game. He is your elderly neighbor, if you start the game in a flat in residential district. If you have "Empathy" skill, you can offer to help him. After getting to know each other, he will offer you to be his personal assistant, which you can accept only if you have "Nursing" skill. Than you can provide him additional services in the shower.
