Victoria is a character in Ludus Master. She is a head of a breeding facility in the villa. You will gain access to her after your first training is finished and you speak with Livia. Victoria will demonstrate how bulls (large servants selected for breeding) works and allows you to hire one, if you have a bull pen in your villa. Bulls are needed to train breeding servants. If a bull is in your villa, he will eat two low grade portions of food and he will leave if you don't have any. You can dismiss bulls at any time and hire a new one from Victoria if you don't have any.
After Victoria's intro is done, you can meet her in the afternoon at baths (there is a 60% chance daily, she will be there). If you join her, you can progress her relationship.
