Peggy is Kelly's mother in Life of Holly (Jake scenario). You will meet her only if you agree with Kelly's proposition to meet at her place. She is watching TV with her husband Al throughout the day, afterwards she goes to bed at the evening.
She has a Gold status. If you obtain a Gold pass, you will gain access to her, despite her husband being in the same room (which she will often comment on). You can have scenes with her at both places. The first scene with her on the couch is unique.
