- Pharmacy - you can buy several disposable items as well as some basic food here.
- Hospital - with sufficient money you can buy plastic surgeries here - breast augmentation, nose correction and lips enlargement. You can also work as nurse here.
- Medical center - contains several facilities, also a massage parlor, sauna,
pool and onsen. You can increase your physical/mental attributes here, or work as a masseuse,nuru masseuse, life guard or onsen attendant. - Small house - you can choose this place as your starting location. Your roommates here will be Jake and Charlotte.
